Partnership Announcement GridAfrica & Empower New Energy

We are pleased to announce our formal partnership with Empower New Energy AS to co-develop and finance high-impact, medium-sized solar PV projects across Zambia and Kenya.

Together, we bring complementary strengths to move projects from pipeline to operating asset — combining GridAfrica’s on-the-ground development expertise with Empower’s equity financing, financial rigour, and asset management capabilities.

What we’re building: 100 MW in Zambia — ground-mounted solar PV, grid-connected  10+ MW in Kenya — with room to grow.
